TRAININGS

Three year STAT approved training at Fellside Alexander School, Cumbria with director Don Burton and post graduate training at the Alexander Technique International School, Cambridge, Boston, MA, with director Tommy Thompson, (January 1994-May 1997) and I have been a Reiki practitioner since 1990 and Reiki Master since 1996.

I have also trained in several complementary/healing therapies since 1989, including counselling and massage.

 

QUALIFICATIONS  /  PROFESSIONAL BODY

MSTAT – Member , Society for Teachers of the Alexander Technique.
All members of the society are required to be insured and to hold an up to date enhanced CRB certificate from Disclosure Scotland.

 

FEES

£40  per lesson.
Discount available for block booking.
10% discount for NFA.

 

SPECIFIC  EMPHASIS

The Alexander Technique promotes re-alignment and good use of the body and assists in the release of any physical tension, pain or emotional blockages held within.

My intention is to encourage greater self awareness, and to assist with the relief of pain and the release of any obstruction to wellbeing.

My aim is to support my client’s return to a state of wellbeing and the personal transformation that comes from living in the present moment.
